ICONE CLASTI is a project that tends to break traditional ceramic as a classic icon, rather bringing it closer to a para-architectural work, which uses its shadow as the only decoration.

The continuous search for the use of ceramic as a support for an idea rather than as a work of taste or suitable for use, has led us to split the safety and regularity of the horizon with lines that are equally clean but upset at the same time.

The hunched surfaces want to bring back to the raw earth before it undergoes cooking and becomes ceramic in all respects.

The decoration composed only of fragments of the same ceramic earth that draw the shadows in an indefinite time opens to a poetic breath, in turn breaking the austerity of the individual pieces.
